The Selection Process of the DMRC 2020 has various stages. The candidates who successfully clear the written test have to face two to three rounds before the final selection. For the post of Assistant manager, candidates have to appear for a GDPI after clearing the DMRC exam.

In the interview the questions are  asked about candidates Educational Qualification, extra-Curricular Activities, Personal Life, and Work Experience, etc. There are total 662 vacancies for this post.
